A Meeting Space tends to be architecturally bounded. Meeting Space is design to support information sharing-whether it’s single speaker at the head of the room, or group of peer talking and listening among themselves. For this reason, a Meeting Space requires great lines of sight for everyone, including remote participants. They can use the area for Workshop as well.

Ancillary Design Challenge
The main intention of this Cove/Huddle space is to create a compact environment within proximity to individual work points or common areas, enabling people to assemble and engage with each other for a short period. This space also incorporates enough boundaries to avoid disrupting others which are essential. By adding digital display supports, we create space that is suitable for information sharing. The Eames partition and Whiteboard create an enclosed space that suits varied noise levels, adjacent activity traffic patterns, and desire site lines. This layout creates a gathering space that accommodates two to five people. This space can be utilized when a team needs to address and urgent issue or discuss and receive instructions for a plan of action. Moreover, this space will be a compact setting near individual work points that facilitate collaborative work for short periods. A variety of Herman Miller Group Ancillary Brand products are also utilized to create a unique solution tailored to the client.
